Mountaineers travel to Norman undefeated, ranked No. 21
Oklahoma's home game against West Virginia Saturday has seemingly got a lot tougher.
The Mountaineers come to Norman, Okla., ranked No. 21 in the country and unbeaten. West Virginia beat Maryland 45-6 Saturday. WVU had 601 yards of offense.
"We're where I expected us to be," coach Dana Holgorsen said to the Charleston Gazette-Mail. "I felt like we could be 3-0. We're aware of what's ahead of us. It's time to refocus and start thinking about the Big 12. We know the next one is a big one."
OU lost to West Virginia in the 2008 Fiesta Bowl but hasn't lost to WVU since the Mountaineers joined the Big 12 conference.
