MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee's football game at North Carolina on September 7 will have an 11:30 AM kickoff time as announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference today. The game will be broadcast on the ACC Network and ESPN3.

This will mark the first-ever meeting between the two programs in football and will be the eighth straight year the Blue Raiders have faced a team from the ACC. Middle Tennessee is 3-2 against the ACC in its last five meetings with wins over Maryland (2008, 2009) and at Georgia Tech last season.

The Tar Heels are coming off an 8-4 season under first year Head Coach Larry Fedora, who was the offensive coordinator at Middle Tennessee from 1999 to 2001.

The Blue Raiders now have six games slated for television with a seventh against BYU to be announced at a later date.
