Yes, Heat fans, there's reason to be concerned that Boston has defeated Miami all three times the team have played this season. It's troubling, disconcerting, unsettling and worrisome. It's all of that and a little more.

It doesn't mean the Celtics definitely will beat the Heat in a best-of-seven playoff series in May.

But the Heat know, and the Celtics know, that Boston got the best of Miami during the regular season. That's a nice edge.

Miami has to look at things with the mentality that nothing has changed in the past month. Of course, that could be good or bad. The Heat haven't gained any ground on Boston, but they haven't lost any ground. And Miami still has a couple of months to turn things around. So it's far from panic time.

On the other hand, Miami can't deny Boston's huge mental advantage. The Celtics know they can make game-winning plays against the Heat. The Heat know it, too. Maybe Miami can make game-winning plays against Boston. It's possible. Heck, it's likely. But it hasn't been done. That's what matters.

So the Heat are left to play their next 25 games
