It was no surprise that Detroit Lions receiver Calvin "Megatron" Johnson was named Saturday to the Associated Press' All-Pro team.
That was a no-brainer for the guy who broke the NFL record with 1,964 receiving yards for the season.
What's amazing is that Johnson, widely considered the best receiver in the game even before this season, wasn't one of the unanimous choices.
Johnson was selected by 49 of the 50 voters in a panel of national reporters who cover the league. Fox Sports analyst Tim Ryan, a former NFL player, didn't vote for Johnson.
The only unanimous picks were Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson and Houston defensive end J.J. Watt.
Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, who had eight sacks, was named to the second team.
