Vin Scully, who live-tweeted Game 2 of the Dodgers' series against the Yankees on Wednesday, sat with Joe McDonnell to reflect on the Rumble at the Ravine and other bench-clearing brawls he's seen in his lifetime.
The legendary play-by-play man, now in his 64th season in the booth, also discussed his future with the club.
"I know the wolves are getting close to the campfire," he said. "I will make a very serious decision probably by the All-Star game."
As for the Dodgers, Scully says once the Boys in Blue get healthy, they are capable of doing some damage.
"All winter, people would talk about how great the team is, and I kept saying over and over again, there's one hidden enemy, and it's injury.
"Should they get everybody together...all of a sudden that's a good team to take on the field every day."
