After the Big Ten stated earlier this week they will not further suspend Buckeyes, Marcus Hall and Dontre Wilson, Urban Meyer has given the senior O-Lineman a punishment of his own.
Meyer told reporters in Indianapolis today that Marcus Hall will not be starting against Michigan State on Saturday.
Meyer believes that Hall missing the majority of the Michigan game was punishment enough for the fight, but he was most disappointed with his actions following the fight, hence the current punishment.
Pat Elflein, a redshirt freshman, stepped in for Hall against Michigan, and didn't miss a beat. He will earn the start Saturday against Michigan State.
Whether or not Hall will miss the entire game, Meyer did not make clear.
