A Florida judge has thrown out the $25 million lawsuit that alleged absurd claims of sexual harassment against Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.

Judge Steven D. Merryday called the suit, which was written under the alias of a CNN television personality but actually carried out by a serial filer, "immaterial, impertinent and scandalous," according to a TMZ report.

Manziel's agent Erik Burkhardt said the lawsuit was "insanity" and has not ruled out taking legal action against the filing.
