Manny Ramirez is getting back into a groove.

Playing in his third game with the Texas Rangers' Triple-A affiliate Round Rock Express on Tuesday, Ramirez hit his first home run on American soil since 2010.

He went 2 for 4 with a homer, two runs and three RBI in the Express' 11-8 win over the Oklahoma City Redhawks.

If he keeps it up, he'll be moving back up and swinging in Arlington, Texas with the Rangers in no time.

Ramirez signed a minor league deal with the Rangers last week. He last played in the majors in 2011 with the Tampa Bay Rays before testing positive for elevated testosterone levels.

He spent three months playing for the EDA Rhinos of the Chinese Professional Baseball League in Taiwan before leaving the team on June 19.
