ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Magic Mark won the $60,000 feature by 1 1/4 lengths at Santa Anita on Thursday.
Ridden by Joe Talamo, Magic Mark ran 1 1/16 miles in 1:41.50 and paid $6, $3.40 and $2.40 as the 2-1 favorite.
Secretsatmidnight returned $3.60 and $2.40, while Big Cazanova was another half-length back in third and paid $2.40 to show.
The victory, worth $46,800, increased Magic Mark's career earnings to $161,860, with four wins in six starts, including two in a row for trainer Ron Ellis.
