MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Lynx announced Friday that tickets for the 2012 WNBA playoffs are on sale. After winning the 2011 WNBA championship, the Lynx are a league-best 22-4 this season and hold a four-game lead in the Western Conference over the Los Angeles Sparks. Minnesota has already clinched the fourth playoff berth in franchise history and has a magic number of four to clinch the top seed in the Western Conference.
Single-game tickets for the Western Conference semifinals range from $15 ($10 for season ticket holders and $12 for groups of 10 or more) to $190 ($165 for season ticket holders). Playoff strips, which include tickets to all potential postseason home games, are also available for as low as $124, a discount of as much as 25 percent from the single-game price.
The team's playoff schedule will be announced at a later date.
