Lunchtime Links: Grease stain edition
Here are today's links from paths less taken and some more, uh, taken.
By the way, did you know that FOX Sports Ohio has 24/7 automated newswires for the Browns, Indians, Reds, Cavaliers, and Blue Jackets? It's true! Check 'em out today.
INDIANS
S-W-E-E-P!!. Yep, another S-W-E-E-P! Six in a row! The Indians won in dramatic fashion, with a walk-off home run as the Progressive Field bat-magic continues, despite a mighty time delay. Tragically, however, we didn't get to see if Johnny Manziel could pitch better than 50 Cent, but the real pitchers continue to torment each other whenever possible. Meanwhile, David Murphy looks forward to the next series.

REDS
It was just not a good night for Reds pitching last night as Mat Latos was pulled from a rehab start and Tony Cingrani had a bad stretch that cost him the game. If only Billy Hamilton could steal all the bases.
Call to the Pen: Reds GM Walt Jocketty says Joey Votto might not be 100% in 2014. (Prof. Farnsworth's voice) Good news, everyone! (Sigh).

CAVALIERS
It was eerily quiet for the Cavs yesterday, but that doesn't stop the rumor mill from churning, or Sam Amico from giving you the straight scoop about it.

Plain Dealer: Cavaliers are right on time with their coaching search. It takes a month to find a coach, apparently.

BROWNS
Johnny's first pitch was not to be, but at least some school kids got a some sense of Manziel Mania yesterday. And just check him out as a little kid in an Indians uniform. Meanwhile, a Cleveland-area bar is giving Brian Hoyer some love while the team strangely doesn't allow random people to try out. On the Josh Gordon front, he pled not guilty to speeding.
Dawgs By Nature: Transcript of Browns Team Pres. Alec Scheiner. Transcript of a radio interview.
Plain Dealer: Terrance West on one-cut runs: "That's where I get my money at". Running back confident about the big leap to the pros from Towson.
Helmet to Helmet: Justin Gilbert on returning kicks: "It's finger lickin good". So's fried chicken, but that doesn't mean it's good for you. My heart is palpitating just thinking about it. But that's another issue.
BENGALS
Not a whole lot making news in Bengal-land (they could take some tips on making the news from the team upstate), but here are some links:
Dennard making Bengals happy campers: Dennard making Bengals happy campers. Defensive back looks set to help the Bengals right away.
Awful Announcing: Super Bowl XLIX ads to cost a cool $4.5 million. So, unofficial Bengals t-shirt vendors will probably have to sit this one out.
