Louisville's Kevin Ware dunking again following injury

Rick Pitino's Louisville Cardinals found a rallying cry during last season's NCAA Tournament when key reserve Kevin Ware fractured his right leg in the Elite Eight matchup against the Duke Blue Devils — the slogan "Win For Ware" spread through the team's fanbase as the team made its run through the Final Four.

When the Cards captured the title, the basket was lowered to the ground so that Ware could personally assist in cutting down the nets.

Now, less than six months later, Ware doesn't need any help in reaching the nets. Nor the rim.

The 6-foot-2 guard from Bronx, N.Y., is already back to dunking. Incoming JUCO transfer Chris Jones provided proof:



Louisville's 2013-14 season opener is scheduled for Oct. 29 against Kentucky Wesleyan. Based on video evidence, Kevin Ware's rehab from a gruesome injury is going just fine.
