LeBron hits court again at camp as anticipation builds
LAS VEGAS - LeBron James played more basketball Thursday morning.
And that's it.
James showed up to the late-morning workout for college players at the LeBron James Nike Skills Academy and played in two games. The NBA's period for free-agent signings and trades is officially underway, but James remains uncommitted to a team.
Amidst a Twitter frenzy of guesses and mostly false speculation, James hasn't said a word.

After Thursday morning workouts, he held a 3-point shooting contest with former teammate Damon Jones and talked briefly with Wisconsin forward Sam Dekker, one of the most impressive players in the Nike Skills Academy. After showing up Tuesday night and jumping in four different games involving high school players before spending 20 minutes on the trainer's table, he held a brief, semi-private conversation with Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski.
When the camp was closed Thursday around noon, James was back on the trainer's table getting his hamstrings stretched by a trainer -- but not one of the three whose arrival to the camp about 45 minutes in front of James signaled that he was en route. When James arrived, he sought out those three and got his shoes, socks and ankle tape from bags they were carrying.
It's good to be James, even as he's currently unemployed by an NBA team. Amidst reports that he's not taking any more meetings, all that's known is that he's been in Las Vegas since Monday, had some Nike meetings on Tuesday and met face-to-face with Miami Heat president Pat Riley on Wednesday.
The waiting game continues. The basketball games at the LeBron James Skills Academy resume on Thursday afternoon.
