The Lakers beat the Nuggets, 3-1 in the season series, though Metta World Peace likely will be absent for the entire series. He'd only appear if the series went to a Game 7.

The Clippers loss on Wednesday vs. New York, combined with the Grizzlies win vs. Orlando on Thursday, gave Memphis the No. 4 seed in the conference and home court advantage over the Clippers in the first round. The Clippers went 2-1 against Memphis this season.
