The Cavaliers announced Sunday they have assigned Sergey Karasev and Scotty Hopson to their NBA Development League team, the Canton Charge.
Karasev, a guard/forward, has appeared in 18 games for the Charge and averaged 13.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game while the recently signed Hopson, a guard from Tennessee, has appeared in one game for the Cavaliers this season.
