Joe Lauzon gives inside tour of fight week prep for Michael Chiesa
Following his win over Mac Danzig last December, Joe Lauzon took time off to be with his son, who was born six months ago, but now the former "Ultimate Fighter" is ready to get back in action this weekend against Michael Chiesa at UFC Fight Night on FOX Sports 1: Jacare vs. Mousasi.
Over the years, Lauzon has been one of the most socially active fighters on Twitter and Facebook and he's now made it a routine to video blog his entire fight week so fans can see exactly what he goes through day to day leading up to his bout.
Kicking off his video blog this time around, Lauzon featured his final day of training on Saturday before traveling to the Foxwoods Casino Resort in Connecticut where his fight week will actually begin.
With his weight already down a couple of pounds lower than normal, Lauzon's second day in Connecticut actually gives him time to eat some lunch before prepping for a UFC photoshoot.
