Jacksonville Jaguars announce training camp opens July 25
The Jacksonville Jaguars announced Monday they will open their 2014 training camp the morning of July 25 at the practice field adjacent to EverBank Field. All players under contract are scheduled to report the day before.
A total of 13 training camp practice sessions will be open to the public for viewing over the first 20 days, including the scrimmage inside EverBank Field on Aug. 2. There is no admission charge for training camp, and free parking will be available in the parking lots surrounding the stadium. Fans must register at jaguars.com, beginning Tuesday, and show a proof of RSVP at the gate before entering.
The schedule includes an open practice on Monday, July 28 at Bartram Trail High School in St. Johns County from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Jaguars are scheduled to break camp Aug. 15, the day after they play at Chicago in their second preseason game. Their preseason opener is at home Aug. 8 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
