Indians relief pitcher Nick Hagadone, who had some sort of brain malfunction that ultimately resulted in an arm injury, will be out 8-to-10 weeks according to a Cleveland Indians press release. The surgery was performed on Tuesday, and involved inserting a screw into a "fractured left radius".
Hagadone was recently put on a minor-league disqualified list after a "self-inflicted injury" resulted from his frustration following a game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
