Three-point-eight speed to first? Present.
Personal black bat case? The micro humidor remains.
Bounty for a photo of his behind in the buff? Still worth millions, according to the Japanese tabloid press.
Sure, Seattle outfielder Ichiro Suzuki appears the same.
But as with every year, Ichiro has incorporated some subtle offseason changes as he goes for a major league-record 11th 200-hit season this year, a feat that would break a tie with Pete Rose for career 200-hit seasons. Ichiro already holds the record for most in a row (10).
