BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) -- Troy Williams had 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Indiana held off No. 22 Ohio State in the closing minutes 69-66 Saturday.
Indiana led 61-51 with 3:32 left before the Buckeyes rallied. Ohio State went on a 13-4 run and had a chance to tie it with 32 seconds to go when Sam Thompson made a shot and was fouled, but he missed the free throw.
Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell then made four foul shots for the Hoosiers. A 3-point try by Ohio State's D'Angelo Russell missed at the end.
James Blackmon Jr. scored 16 of 18 points in the second half for the Hoosiers (12-4, 2-1 Big Ten). Indiana has have won a league-high 18 games against Top 25 teams since 2011-12.
Shannon Scott scored 16 points and Russell added 13 for Ohio State (13-4, 2-2). The Buckeyes lost for only the fourth time in 12 trips to Assembly Hall.
The Hoosiers never trailed after Ferrell's 3-pointer gave them a 17-15 lead midway through the first half.
Indiana had a miserable start, going 1 of 4 from the field and committing five turnovers in the first 4:18 as they fell behind 9-2.
Less than three minutes into the second half, Indiana had extended its 32-26 halftime lead to 42-33.
Ohio State closed to 46-43, and rallied again after the Hoosiers took a 61-51 lead on Blackmon's three-point play.
Russell's two free throws cut the deficit to 63-60 with 2:08 left. Blackmon then made two free throws and Scott scored on back-to-back putbacks to make it 65-64 and drew a foul on Hanner Mosquera-Perea.

Ohio State: Starting forward Marc Loving went down underneath the basket in the first half and stayed on the floor through two full possessions, reaching for his left knee. He eventually limped to the bench, iced the knee, limped back out after halftime before returning to the game. He still wasn't himself, finishing with seven points on 3-of-11 shooting. The Buckeyes said he had a bruise.
Indiana: It took Indiana five minutes to figure out how to defend Ohio State. Then the Hoosiers clamped down. After allowing the Buckeyes to make four of their first nine shots, they limited Ohio State to 19 of 58 shooting, 32.7 percent, the rest of the game.
