High school football: 15 reasons to get excited for 2014 CIF-SS season

It's football season.
Is everyone ready?
Here at FOX Sports West, we are on pins and needles in anticipation of what has the makings of one of the best football seasons in CIF-SS history.
It's the Year of the QB, with eight signal callers (including St. John Bosco's Josh Rosen and St. Bonaventure's Ricky Town) headed to Division I programs next fall.
Several of the teams in the CIF-SS are mentioned near the top in several national preseason rankings.
On FOXSportsWest.com, we will stream four live games each Friday night along with our Prep Zone studio show while the week's best action will be featured on FOX Sports West or Prime Ticket.
As the season draws closer to it's Aug. 29 start date, we offer 15 reasons to get excited, written by Rahshaun Haylock.
