Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer announced Saturday that have signed forward Austin Daye to a multi-year contract.
Daye, who inked consecutive 10-day contracts on March 15 and 25, has appeared in five games with the Hawks. He has averaged 3.0 points and 1.4 rebounds.
Taken with the No. 15 pick by the Pistons in the 2009 draft out of Gonzaga, Daye has averaged 5.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in a career that has also included stops with the Spurs, Grizzlies and Raptors.
