Harbaugh in Ann Arbor on Thursday?

Talk about the awkward.
The Michigan football banquet is scheduled for Thursday night, and the Wolverines' 1985 team that finished No. 2 nationally with a 10-1-1 record will be honored.
The quarterback on that '85 team was Jim Harbaugh. That's right, the same Jim Harbaugh who is being rumored as a top candidate to replace Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez if Rodriguez gets fired.
David Ablauf, an associate athletic director at Michigan, said Monday afternoon he did not know whether Harbaugh plans to attend. Some reports have suggested Harbaugh will be there, but one in the Detroit News says he likely won't be there.
"He's not listed as attending and is certainly not part of the program," Jeffrey Holzhausen, ticket chair for the banquet, told the News.
Harbaugh has led Stanford to an 11-1 record and No. 4 ranking in the BCS standings.
His popularity is off the charts right now among Michigan fans who want Rodriguez gone.
