Orlando Magic foward Glen Davis had surgery Monday to replace a screw in his left foot, the same one he fractured in January and had surgery on in February.
Davis played in 34 games for Orlando last season, the smallest total in his six-year career, averaging 15.1 points and 7.2 rebounds a game.
The Magic expect the forward to resume basketball activities later in the summer, though it is not known if he will be ready for the team's training camp in October.
