ARLINGTON, Texas -- There's no questioning Texas starter Matt Garza's intensity.
Garza's the guy who ripped Eric Sogard's wife on Twitter after her husband bunted on him in Oakland. Garza is the guy who slammed his glove on the bench in the dugout when he exited Monday night's game – a 16-5 Texas win.
But maybe Garza doesn't get enough credit for his sense of humor, which was on display Tuesday.
The Rangers did their official team photo and Garza got the best of team funnyman Derek Holland by bunny-earing him for the team photo. Good news for Holland is that another photo was taken. Bad news is that the photobomb will be the one that's remembered.
Holland was less than impressed.
"That was really weak," Holland said. "I've seen much better photobombs. I couldn't do that to anyone. I had staff in front of me. He could have done much better than that."
