Garrett: Romo will return when he's healthy

The Dallas Cowboys have every hope quarterback Tony Romo will play again this season, but they continue to emphasize they won't rush his return.
Romo has spent the better part of six weeks recovering from a broken collarbone he suffered against the New York Giants on Oct. 25. Original estimates called for Romo to spend six to eight weeks recovering from the injury.
