Foster, Johnson both dealing with minor injuries
HOUSTON - Houston Texans running back Arian Foster and wide receiver Andre Johnson both were dealing with minor injuries in the third day of practice at training camp.
Foster was held out of action for an unknown issue from the beginning as the the Texans dressed in full pads for the first time in training camp.
"He's dealing with something," head coach Bill O'Brien said on Foster's injury. "He'll be fine. He'll be back. It's a minor deal. You know, it's a long season. He'll be out there."
Johnson tweaked his right hamstring during practice while making a diving catch. The veteran said he's "not worried about it" despite sitting out afterwards.
"I just got a little tight, it was just a precaution," Johnson said. "We're going to go in and see what's what. Just from the feeling of it, it's not anything bad."
O'Brien didn't seemed concerned about Johnson tweaking the same hamstring that has given Houston's star receiver problems in the past.
"It's minor," O'Brien said. "You know, just those guys have played a lot of football. We'll make sure we do a good job of managing them through the season."
