Forrest Griffin discusses overeating and Samurai swords

We start with a foreboding scene about people overeating and not making weight. Remember when you're fighting at 135lbs, making weight is good portion of the game. I would always tell people I cut 20 pounds, which would amaze them. But that's actually not a huge percentage of overall bodyweight. When you're 135lbs, 10lbs is like something scientific sounding it's a big portion of bodyweight!

AND THEN. We see a demo of Ronda's signature armbar. I have never seen anything like that. When she pulled the first leg closer so she could grab the second… Whoa. But then again I've never really paid attention in class.

Blah blah blah, holy sh*t PlayStation, I mean rock climbing wall. The coaches will climb for 10G's. They both look pretty damn fast to me, but, maybe this footage is on fast-forward. I hope.

Bam! Ronda with the patterned "f*ck you b*tch." I don't know how the coaches haven't fought yet. If I was Miesha I would've jumped over and attacked Ronda, seriously, fighting on ropes… make it happen Dana. Ronda has defiantly mastered getting under Miesha's skin.

Oh sh*t back to Anthony eating and starting to look big. I've never noticed it but I they talk about food a lot, either way, Anthony's motivated me to eat this hamburger. No but seriously this sh*t is making me hungry.

At 151lbs and you have to get to 136, that does sound a bit hard to me. David is fighting for his kids; I guess that's good motivation. Ever notice how Davey, a Brit, says floor instead of ground like us Americans?

Ronda is correct, she has been on Anthony about food and weight. Oh sh*t Anthony looks dry in the sauna and by the way Ronda is right about the breaks, when you take the breaks you stop sweating. Starting the sweat is what takes the time. At some point and I've only seen it twice, your body just stops sweating and locks up.

I'm starting to like Ronda's assistant coach. For the first time he said the right thing… sit in the sauna for one more hour and you can say to yourself for the rest of your life you didn't quit. I guess with cameras around you can't hold people in the sauna. Ronda would have held him in the sauna if it was feasible and legal and there were no cameras around.

Davey's freaking out and I have no idea why--f*ck the other guy if he can't make weight.

Manny then breaks it down for Anthony... Oh sh*t, in walks Dana, he is going to sh*t Samurai swords. I don't even like Anthony and I'm terrified for him.

Ronda wants to make weight just to show it can be done. F*ck it, you guys at home didn't get a fight, so I'll make 135 too.

P.S. If your wondering what the word foreboding has to do with weight-cutting, it's the exact moment when using the Epsom salts left over from the kid that didn't make weight in the hot bath.
