TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Josh Delph singled home Ben DeLuzio in the bottom of the 10th inning, and Florida State escaped with a 5-4 win over Mercer in the first round of the Tallahassee Regional on Friday night.

DeLuzio bounced a single over the first baseman's head to start the inning and moved to third on a pair of sacrifice bunts, scoring on Delph's single through the right side of a pulled-in Mercer infield.
