'Florida Panthers Preseason Special' to premiere on FOX Sports Florida
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- On Thurs., Sept. 26 at 6:30 p.m., FOX Sports Florida, the regional television home of the Florida Panthers, will premiere the "Florida Panthers Preseason Special."
Hosted by Frank Forte, the preseason special will provide Panthers fans with an extensive preview of the 2013-14 season, including interviews with key players, such as reigning NHL rookie of the year Jonathan Huberdeau, first-round draft pick Aleksander Barkov and defensemen Erik Gudbranson and Dmitry Kulikov.
Also featured are a one-on-one interview with Head Coach Kevin Dineen and a look at the goaltending position with up-and-coming star Jacob Markstrom and two-time Vezina Trophy winner Tim Thomas.
Finally, FOX Sports Florida's Steve "Goldie" Goldstein and Bill Lindsay will share their thoughts on the season in anticipation of the October 3 opener in Dallas, as well as breakdown the new look re-alignment of the NHL.
