Junior foward Hudson Fasching scored the game-winning goal in overtime, as the Minnesota Gophers regained the Big Ten lead with a 3-2 overtime victory over sixth-ranked Michigan on Friday at Mariucci Arean in Minneapolis.

Leon Bristedt and Vinni Lettieri also scored for the Gophers (17-14, 12-4 Big Ten), who avenged a 6-2 Thursday loss to the Wolverines (20-5-5, 10-3-3-2 Big Ten).
