Something about the French language has a way of dignifying nearly anything. For example, the video above, taken at the Tour de France, refers to "le trip," which is French for "LOL PWN3D."
What you're seeing there is some jester in red who decided to chase cyclist Tejay Van Garderen on foot during the 18th stage of the Tour, and a quick-thinking hero in blue who saves the day by sticking out his foot, causing the town fool to take a nasty little spill for our amusement.
