The "Expendables 3" teaser trailer is out, it's pretty bad ass and, yes, Ronda Rousey is in it. In fact, she's the only female standing with the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Harrison Ford and Mel Gibson in the 55-second clip.
Rousey looks to be clad in leather, carrying a very large hand cannon. She will definitely not be able to take that into the Octagon on Dec. 28 against Miesha Tate.
In the teaser, the entire group, led by Stallone, walk out together in shadows with whistling playing in the background mixed in with some heavy bass. Side by side, they then turn around and mean mug for the camera. Pretty cool.
The "Expendables" franchise hasn't exactly reinvented cinematography, but the first two were decent popcorn flicks. This one, which opens Aug. 15, should be no different and it's likely a must-see for MMA fans being Rousey's film debut and all.
Randy Couture is also back for his third go-around. And it isn't like you'll be seeing him on UFC television in the near future, as in ever again.
Rousey plays Luna, an athletic female bartender who joins up with the old Expendables to battle one of their own. She's quick with words and very apt in a fight. Doesn't sound too far off from pre-MMA Ronda.
