After being an all-conference honorable mention in 2008, N.C. State linebacker Nate Irving was primed for a big season in 2009 and was tabbed on many national watch-lists. That was all before a terrifying single-car wreck on June 27, 2009 left him in the hospital with a broken leg and collapsed lung. He underwent surgery and spent months rehabbing, and in his words,
