Ensberg had the fairytale baseball career. He started out as a walk-on at USC and ended up leading the team to a national championship in 1998. He left school to pursue his dream of playing in the big leagues, and he did just that, for eight great years. He was even an All-Star for the Houston Astros. Cool story right? I
