LONDON (AP) England fast bowler Steven Finn has withdrawn from the squad for next month's World Twenty20 with injury and has been replaced by Liam Plunkett.
The England and Wales Cricket Board say Finn has a left calf strain and will miss the tournament in India.
Finn has had a number of recent injuries, being forced out of the tour of the United Arab Emirates in October 2015 with a stress injury to his left foot. Finn then missed the latter stages of the winter tour of South Africa with a side strain.
Plunkett takes his place in the 15-man squad as part of an England pace attack alongside David Willey, Reece Topley, Chris Jordan and Ben Stokes.
