Ellis scores 20, Bucks fall to Grizzlies

LA CROSEE, Wis. (AP) -- Michael Conley made two free throws with three seconds remaining and Beno Udrih missed a 3-pointer as time expired to give the Memphis Grizzlies a 97-94 preseason victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night.

Conley had nine points in the final 5:06 to hold off the Bucks, who trailed by as many as six points in the fourth quarter.

Conley and Rudy Gay each finished with 20 points to lead the Grizzlies and Marreese Speights had 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Monta Ellis had 20 points for the Bucks and Brandon Jennings had 19 points, four assists and two steals.

Jennings forced a steal late in the game and then set up Mike Dunleavy for a layup to pull the Bucks within one point with four seconds to go.

Jennings also hit 5 of 6 on 3-pointers for the Bucks, who shot 52.4 percent from beyond the arc.
