Ellenberg leads No. 14 Oklahoma over Kansas women 75-57

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Aaryn Ellenberg had 28 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead No. 14 Oklahoma to a 75-57 victory over Kansas on Sunday.

Whitney Hand added 21 points for Oklahoma (15-3, 5-0 Big 12 Conference). She and Ellenberg combined for 37 of Oklahoma's 43 points in the first half, boosting the Sooners to 17-point lead at the break.

Carolyn Davis had 16 points and seven rebounds for the Jayhawks (15-4, 1-4), who lost their fourth Big 12 home game this season. Davis was 8 for 15 from the free throw line and the Jayhawks were 19 for 32.

Ellenberg and Hand scored all the points in a 16-3 run midway through the first half that gave Oklahoma control. They had two 3s apiece in the surge and combined for nine of the Sooners' 10 3-pointers.

Kansas narrowed the lead to 10 in the second half, but Oklahoma leading scorer Danielle Robinson scored all of her 12 points to help the Sooners pull away.
