Dwight Howard had a big game against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday, but it was a frustrating finish for the Houston Rockets.
Late in the fourth quarter, Howard got a technical foul for tossing the ball at a heckling man in the stands.
The NBA announced on Thursday that Howard is being fined $25,000 for the act.
He had a season-high 33 points and 11 rebounds, but it's a night he will likely want to forget.
Most would jump at the chance to grab a free ball, but the angry fan tipped it back to the court.
Credit him for helping energize the Mavs in the 123-120 come-from-behind win.
