On Wednesday, Rick Dudley was named general manager of the Atlanta Thrashers, the second in team history. On Wednesday afternoon, he held court with the media via conference call. Earlier in the day, head coach John Anderson and assistant coaches Randy Cunneyworth, Todd Nelson and Steve Weeks were all let go. Dudley addressed several issues.
