Saints quarterback Drew Brees proved his athletic skills transcend the football field when he reclaimed his title of Homerun Derby Champion Wednesday night during guard Ben Grubbs' annual charity softball tournament.
Brees also later helped the Saints offense dismantle the defense 14-8 during a game that thrilled fans and benefitted the Boys and Girls Club of New Orleans, as well as The Ben Grubbs Foundation.
The Black and Gold's offense had a score to settle after the defense embarrassed them at last year's tournament 10-2.
