Dodgers Down Under: Eating kangaroo
The Dodgers have arrived safely in Australia and are already taking in the local sights, sounds ... and cuisine.
Catcher Tim Federowicz shared his thoughts after chowing down on kangaroo.
The Dodgers will play a two-game, season-opening series against the Diamondbacks at Sydney Cricket Ground -- established in 1848. The games will be played at 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. PT on Saturday.
Dodgers infielder Andre Ethier, however, seemed annoyed when questioned by reporters about the hard playing surface at the Cricket Ground.
"I'm here to play a baseball game. I boarded a plane last night and this is where I landed. I'm here to play," said Ethier, according to the LA Times.
