With left-hander Greg Smith starting Sunday for the Rockies, right-handed hitting Matt Diaz found himself back in the starting lineup.
And after the Braves were no-hit Saturday with Nate McLouth as the leadoff man, manager Bobby Cox once again inserted Diaz at the top to try and get the offense going.
Diaz faced a little comic prodding from Chipper Jones, hoping something different would trigger the offense against the Rockies.
