Detroit Lions injury report

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 9:56 p.m. ET

Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush, who has missed three of the last five games because of an ankle injury, is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game at New England.

Bush has practiced the last three days, but on a limited basis.

Defensive lineman Jason Jones, who missed two days of practice while dealing with a family emergency, returned to the team Friday and is expected to play Sunday.

Jones spent a couple days in Nashville because his 7-month-old son, Cannon, was undergoing an undisclosed surgery. Jones traveled back to Detroit after his son's condition stabilized.

Five other Lions are also listed as probable, including receivers Calvin Johnson (ankle) and Golden Tate (hip), running back Joique Bell (ankle), tight end Brandon Pettigrew (foot) and offensive tackle LaAdrian Waddle (knee). Pettigrew sat out the last game while Waddle didn't finish the game.

Defensive tackle Nick Fairley (knee) and offensive guard Larry Warford (knee), as expected, remain out for Detroit.

The Patriots, meanwhile, will be without defensive end Chandler Jones because of a hip injury. Receiver Julian Edelman, who was limited all week in practice with thigh injury, is listed as probable. Running back Jonas Gray missed Friday's practice for a non-injury-related reason and is also probable.
