EDINBURGH, Scotland (AP) Scotland forwards David Denton and Jonny Gray have been ruled out of the final match of the Six Nations against Ireland on Saturday because of injury.

Scans on Monday confirmed Gray had sustained a partial pectoral tear in Sunday's win against France which forced him out of this weekend's game in Dublin.

Back-row Denton has returned to his club, Bath Rugby, where he will continue his recovery from a groin injury he sustained an hour before kick-off against Italy in Rome last month.
