Eric Decker has played on the biggest stage in football. Now, the former Minnesota Golden Gopher and current Denver Bronco will be catering to a different type of television audience.
Decker and his fiancée, singer Jessie James, are set to have their own reality show on E! that will debut later this summer, according to The Hollywood Reporter. According to the report, the show — titled "Love and Other Contact Sports: Eric and Jessie" — will follow Decker and James' "road to the altar as they juggle careers, relationships, family and more."
Decker, 26, was a third-round pick by Denver in the 2010 NFL Draft. He had a breakout season in 2012 with new quarterback Peyton Manning. This past year, Decker caught 85 passes for 1,064 yards and 13 touchdowns.
At the University of Minnesota, Decker was a standout wide receiver from 2006-09. He holds the Gophers' single-season record for receptions (84) and career record for both receiving yards (3,119) and receptions (227).
Now, he joins fellow Gophers alum Kris Humphries in a tie for the most reality shows in school history.
