Daytona president rings Nasdaq opening bell

Daytona International Speedway President Joie Chitwood III rang the opening bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square on Tuesday.

The event was to promote PowerShares QQQ multiyear partnership as title sponsor for the XFINITY Series season opener at DIS, the PowerShares QQQ 300 on FS1.
