DETROIT -- Red Wings center Pavel Datsyuk missed the first five games with a separated shoulder and is now back on the shelf with a new injury.
Datsyuk apparently tweaked his groin in the morning skate Friday and was a late scratch for the Wings' game against the New Jersey Devils.
Joakim Andersson, who was a healthy scratch in Wednesday's game against the New York Rangers, takes Datsyuk's spot in the lineup.
The Wings have just 33 goals in 13 games and Datsyuk has five of those.
