Datsyuk coming off IR for Red Wings

DETROIT (AP) -- The Detroit Red Wings have activated forward Pavel Datsyuk from injured reserve.
Datsyuk broke his right wrist Dec. 22. He has 12 goals and 27 assists in 33 games this season.
Detroit also announced Thursday that forwards Jan Mursak and Cory Emmerton have been reassigned to the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL.
The Red Wings beat New Jersey 3-1 Wednesday night in their final game before the All-Star break, despite injuries to players like Datsyuk, Mike Modano and Tomas Holmstrom. Their next game is at Ottawa next Wednesday night.
