After leading Cincinnati to a 42-28 win against the visiting Indianapolis Colts Sunday, Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Week.

Dalton completed 24-of-35 passes for 275 yards and three touchdowns. He put up a passer rating of 120.5 and also ran for a touchdown.

This is the third-year player's second player of the week honor, and he was named player of the month for October. The last Bengal to win two player of the week awards was safety David Fulcher in 1989.

Bengals running back Giovani Bernard is among five nominees for the NFL Rookie of the Week along with Baltimore's Marlon Brown, Tampa Bay's William Gholston, Geno Smith of the New York Jets and Minnesota's Cordarrelle Patterson.
